Captain Baron Kweifio-Okai is a veteran aviation professional with over 40 years of international airline and aviation business experience.

A former Ghana Airways Captain, he operated the airline’s inaugural Accra–New York (JFK) service and holds multiple aircraft type ratings together with Canadian and US Airline Transport Pilot qualifications.

Following his airline career, he transitioned into aviation consulting, aircraft leasing, charter operations, and aviation business development, successfully facilitating numerous international aviation transactions and charter programmes worldwide.

He also has substantial commercial real estate interests and development experience
